Bronxville Housing FAQ

Bohm Hall is a three-story, traditional-style residence hall featuring spacious double bedrooms, accommodating two students per room. A limited number of triple rooms, housing three students, are also available. Each floor of the residence hall is designated for a single gender. The building houses about 70 students in total. 

Each floor has a single shared bathroom that is large enough to accommodate the number of students on each floor, containing multiple sinks, toilets and showers. All bathrooms have been renovated to include high-end finishes.  

Bohm Hall offers multiple lounges, a laundry room, a fitness center and individual room HVAC units.  

There are four Resident Assistants and a full-time professional staff member living and working within the building. Just as on the New Rochelle campus, their job is to work directly with and support students’ needs, build community through various activities and ensure that community standards are upheld.

Students have access to multiple lounges within Bohm Hall. Access to spaces within the Kelly Center is also available, including after-hours card access. 

The Café at Bronxville, located on the ground floor of the Schoenfeld Campus Center, features an expansive menu and is open seven days a week. 

The Kelly Center for Health Sciences also has an Avenue C Market located on the ground floor.

The Bronxville Shuttle runs between campuses Monday-Friday. There is also additional service on weekday evenings to the Village of Bronxville as well as weekend service. Please see the shuttle schedule for full details.

Residential students living in Bronxville, regardless of class year, are permitted to register a vehicle and park in designated overnight spots on the Bronxville campus. A hangtag is required for parking, and distribution of hangtags is handled through Bronxville Campus Safety located in Sieker Hall. 

The Bronxville campus has its own dedicated Campus Safety team that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, that functions as a direct continuation of the New Rochelle Campus Safety Office. There is an overnight security detail for Bohm Hall. 

Entry into and within Bohm Hall is regulated via card access. 

Bronxville Campus Safety is located in Sieker Hall and is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Packages can be picked up at the Campus Safety office located in Sieker Hall.

The Residential Life staff works with Campus Safety to deliver all other mail to students within the Bohm Hall.
