Noel D'Allacco is the Founder & President of the national 501c3 nonprofit organization, Operation Prom National Network, Inc., which provides free prom dresses and tuxedos to teens in need. The organization was formed in 2005 in Westchester County, and now has additional locations in NYC, NJ, CT, PA, LA, IN, GA, and CA.  

From 2013-2017, Noel was the host of the "I Mean Business" show on iHeartRadio, WFAS-AM and WVOX-AM radio stations. In 2017, Noel was named one of the Business Council of Westchester's Rising Stars for her role as Professor and Chairperson for The School of Business at the College of Westchester.  

Over the years she has assisted entrepreneurs launch their businesses, grow, and scale.  

Noel also provides free workshops for individuals and nonprofits with the New York Public Library.  

In 2024 Noel received a "Women in Business" award from 914 Inc. magazine. Noel has been featured on local and national news outlets including CNN, Good Day New York, NBC Nightly News, ABC's Dateline, CBS-NY, The New York Times, Woman's Day, Westchester Magazine, and The Journal News.  

In 2023 she joined Iona University's Gael Ventures as a business mentor and began to adjunct at the Hynes Institute in January 2025. 

Noel earned a BA in Behavioral Science from Concordia College and a MS in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College. She resides in Eastchester with her husband, Joseph Ammirati (Iona '06), their two children, Joey (9), Lia (7), and dog Daisy (2).
