Why Study Management at Iona?
Iona University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management designed to prepare students for careers in the management of public and private sector organizations. A BBA in Management combines courses typically found in a business administration major alongside classes designed to bolster students’ aptitude for organizational leadership.

What You'll Learn
A BBA in Management offers foundational knowledge in business administration alongside management courses examining successful teams and enterprises. You gain an understanding of how organizations are structured, and you will develop the thinking, traits, knowledge and skills essential to being a leader in any business.
Throughout the management major, special emphasis is put on building the interpersonal and decision-making skills to help you sharpen your business leadership abilities. Course topics include negotiation, international business management, organizational behavior and human resource management.
