Dr. Lauren Barnes teaches applied math classes including Calculus III, Probability & Statistics, and Applications of Foundational Mathematics. Her current research interests are primarily in fluid dynamics, with a focus on mathematical modeling and simulations in the context of phase separation in colloid-polymer mixtures in microgravity, as well as particle-wave interactions of walking droplets.
