Dr. Fox teaches courses in introductory psychology, social psychology, theories of personality, biological psychology, research methods, and statistics for psychological sciences as well as intellectual assessment, neuropsychological assessment, personality assessment and intervention strategies. He is a certified school psychologist in New York. Prior to joining Iona University, Dr. Fox served both as a school psychologist and clinical psychologist in several school districts and clinics in New York and Texas. Dr. Fox was also a high school teacher for seven years teaching psychology and other social & biological science classes in Texas and Wisconsin. Dr. Fox’s clinical interests include the effects of maltreatment on executive functioning and mindfulness as well as the use of short-term therapies in school settings. He is also a member of APA and NASP.
