Library Group Study Room Procedures
The following Group Study Rooms are currently available for reservations. View today's availability.
- Ryan Library Group Study Room D (RYGSR-D)
- Ryan Library Group Study Room E (RYGSR-E)
- Reservations for group study rooms may be made up to 14 days in advance by groups of two or more Iona students.
- You may submit reservations for group study rooms up to three hours per day.
- You may submit one reservation a day for a group study room during week one to week five of the term. During week six until the end of exams you may submit up to three reservations within a seven-day period.
- Please use your initials and a unique event name when creating the reservation.
- Please retain the email confirmation of the reservation until the reservation has ended. Be prepared to show proof of reservation at any time during your reserved time slot.
- If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time, your reservation will be forfeited, and the room will become available on a first-come, first-served basis for the remainder of the reservation period
- When not reserved, Group Study Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Please be courteous in yielding the rooms to others when your allotted time has expired.
- If a group is occupying a room and wishes to continue occupying the room if it has not been reserved, it is recommended that they reserve the space with Express25.
- Groups are requested not to reserve group study rooms in back-to-back blocks of time.
