Iona Students Learn Outside The Lines

New Rochelle, N.Y. – Leveraging lona University’s proximity to New York City, students in the LaPenta School of Business (LSB) have unparalleled opportunities to visit and network at leading business organizations – oftentimes getting direct access with alumni executives.

From the New York Yankees and Google to L'Oréal USA and many others in between, students took full advantage of the experiences available to them throughout the Spring 2024 semester. These opportunities build upon trips to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, New York Stock Exchange, Morgan Stanley, Paramount Global, Dow Jones, Bloomberg and many others over the past year.

“Iona’s prime location just 20 minutes north of Midtown Manhattan makes it ideal for our students to get a taste of the corporate world and make valuable connections,” said Kyle Byrne, assistant director of Student & Alumni Engagement in the LaPenta School of Business. “Thank you to our incredible alumni and faculty network for making these opportunities possible.”
