Student Employment
Finding a job on-campus is a great way to earn additional funds to pay for your education, while also learning new skills applicable to the workforce!
Iona University offers part-time work opportunities, including jobs on campus and positions that are part of Federal Work-Study.
Federal Work-Study Program
The Federal Work-Study Program (FWS) is a federally-sponsored work program for students who demonstrate financial need. FWS earnings for hours worked are distributed in the form of a paycheck or direct deposit into your existing bank account, and cannot, therefore, be applied directly to your tuition and fee charges.
On-campus Employment
Students who are not eligible for Federal Work-Study funding may be able to obtain part-time positions on-campus.
