Dr. Lynch teaches Social Work Practice I and II and Social Work Capstone, where she serves as the faculty mentor for the graduating seniors in the preparation of their Capstone presentations. Her research interests center on social work education, specifically, assessment and anti-racism. Additionally, she has diverse domestic and international human service experience, including teaching, non-profit program management, clinical practice, and serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer."
