“Having a personalized mentor is the most distinctive advantage gained from my Iona experience,” he said. “My mentor and I have made a friendship that will last a lifetime and we have weekly conversations about my studies and work life. I utilize my mentor whenever I can to help me achieve a path toward success.”
His advice to incoming students is, “Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Be proactive and make connections, especially with your professors, as they will help you be successful in the future!"
