Spiritual Life & Service

Discover opportunities to serve others and grow your faith.

Spiritual life at Iona is as much about serving others as it is attending services. We aim to keep service, justice and spirituality conscious in the minds and hearts of our community.

Inspired by the Catholic tradition and the teachings of Blessed Edmund Rice, we seek to build a caring, service-oriented community that welcomes people of all faith traditions and backgrounds.

Our Office of Mission & Ministry sponsors a wide variety of mission-oriented activities: volunteer service, mission trips, music ministry and more. We also offer Catholic mass daily and invite you to join us in worship.

Ryan Murphy volunteering in Peru.

We are all called to be more like Christ. Through this mission, we were able to walk with the poor and be part of their community in Peru, which is really how Jesus lived, and that’s how I hope to embrace and carry service forward in my life.
