Article VIII: Interpretation And Revision

Any question of interpretation or application of the Student Conduct Process and University Code of Conduct shall be referred to the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs or designee for final determination. The Student Conduct Process and University Code of Conduct may be reviewed annually or as warranted under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs or designee.
