Applying to CAP
Students who are interested in applying to CAP must complete a CAP application (including supporting documentation), which is separate from the University’s application. See below for more information on required documentation.
For priority consideration, students must complete the application by March 1.
Applications received after this deadline will be considered if space is available.
Application Requirements
In order to be considered for the program, candidates must:
- Be admitted to Iona
- Complete the CAP application (see below)
- Submit all supporting documentation (see below)
- Attend at least one CAP Information Session (see website for dates/times)
Once a student has selected Iona as their first-choice school, they must notify CAP of their decision by emailing Kristen Cardenas (KCardenas@Iona.edu)*. Within two weeks the CAP Admissions Committee will review the application materials and notify the candidate of their admission decision.
Prospective students should have complete applications and notify Kristen via email of their decision by March 1st. Applications received after March 1 will be considered based on space availability.
*If further information is needed, the CAP team will contact the family and arrange a meeting.
