International Baccalaureate Equivalents
If you are coming to Iona with International Baccalaureate (IB) credits, you will need to factor those into your academic planning! Be sure to inform Admissions or the Advising Center if you having taken IB courses in high school.
You may receive college credit for High Level Courses only for which your exam scores are 5 or higher. You can not earn credit for the same course twice. In cases where credit is awarded, the equivalent Iona course(s) will be added to the official Iona record, once the IB official transcript has been received and evaluated.
Please request that an official copy of all of your exam scores be sent to Iona by the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO). IBO may mail all scores to:
