Scope
This policy applies to newly hired or promoted, regular full-time and part-time employees
Policy
The first ninety (90) calendar days of employment is a period for the employee to become acquainted with their new job. Also, the supervisor will evaluate the employee’s performance, and if applicable, how well that employee manages their responsibilities and interacts with other employees, other constituents and students.
This orientation period may be extended if the employee’s supervisor deems significant improvement in the employee’s job performance is necessary.
