NC-SARA Information for Complaints

Iona University’s Student Complaint and Grievance Policy and Procedures are detailed in the Student Handbook. Details on the New York State Education Department’s complaint procedures can be found here. Additionally, as an institution participating in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA), Iona students who study via distance learning and who are based in a SARA state have the opportunity to report relevant concerns or complaints using the process detailed on the NC-SARA website.
